I don't know if they have a different model, but I found that Colgate Actibrush heads work just fine. You simply pull the head off, no need to twist or unscrew it. Same to replace the batteries, just pull the base off and replace with a fresh pair of AAAs. I prefer this to things that have their own charger. You can use rechargeable batteries. I always have a few of these charged and ready to go. I can't see any difference between this and the more expensive models. Sure, you don't get a bluetooth app, but for a toothbrush, who cares? 5.0 out of 5 stars Easy to replace batteries and brush heads Several reviewers have said that you can't replace the heads on these toothbrushes. Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 26 July 2018 Colour Name: 360 Whole MouthStyle Name: Battery Toothbrush Verified Purchase I bought 2 of these, even tho I only have 6 teeth of my own but it is really useful for giving the gums a good scrub. as the wife and i are over the 80 something or something we tend to clean our gums and just a few teeth in the morning and night but we both recomend these brushes. Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 7 August 2019 Colour Name: 360 Whole MouthStyle Name: Battery Toothbrush Verified Purchase Overall, this product is cheap for what it is, but after a short space of time, the bristles are flattening and splaying out, therefore it is practically useless now. Also, beware that you cannot get replacement heads, as the head of this electric toothbrush is moulded to the main body. Overall, I would recommend purchasing something which has replaceable heads, as the quality of the bristles will be similar, but at least its not thrown away after a month or so's use. Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 19 August 2020 Colour Name: 360 Whole MouthStyle Name: Battery Toothbrush Verified Purchase Our old rechargeable toothbrush was needing charged after using it for a couple of days and decided to try this one, thought it was just as good as our other one but over the past month I had noticed it wasn't as effective at cleaning round the gum line as had noticed discolouration in these areas at the back of some teeth, it may just be because of the size of the brush head that doesn't let you get into small spaces as effectively but it's back to the old reliable trusted rechargeable toothbrush for me now Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 2 March 2018 Colour Name: 360 Whole MouthStyle Name: Battery Toothbrush Verified Purchase I've been using these for many years and with the purchase of spare heads they are Fantastic Value For Money and work extremely well. Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 13 March 2018 Colour Name: 360 Whole MouthStyle Name: Battery Toothbrush Verified Purchase This toothbrush was okay while it lasted..... but it only lasted one battery cycle. After it ran out of batteries it never worked again despite me changing them. Also, I got a pink toothbrush despite there being no mention that you could receive a colour other than green as shown in the pictures- my 9year old son was not impressed. Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 29 June 2019 Colour Name: 360 Whole MouthStyle Name: Battery Toothbrush Verified Purchase This was my first 'electric' toothbrush and I have been using it for a few months and I'm happy with my purchase so far! The first time I used the brush I could tell straightaway it was a far more thorough clean than I managed with a manual toothbrush. I've changed the battery twice in about 5 months which I don't think is bad going. When the battery runs low the quality does (naturally) drop so I'd recommend making sure you change the battery sooner rather than waiting until it's completely dead. I also enjoy the changeable heads which are easy to use. Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 25 June 2021 Colour Name: 360 Whole MouthStyle Name: Battery Toothbrush Verified Purchase This is a perfectly ok electric toothbrush at a reasonable price. Having said that, after buying one of these a few months ago, I needed to replace the brush head as it was worn down. Imagine my surprise to see that, while the toothbrush itself costs £4, a single replacement head costs £12, three times the cost of a replacement brush. I opted to buy a full replacement rather than be penalised for changing the brush head. Personally, having seen some of the other reviews, I wouldn't be surprised if these turned out to be cheap fakes. Reviews with images

This purchase is ready to replace my complete old unit when needed but they do last for several years with quarterly head replacement and battery replacement as required.
I'm not convinced the £50 plus models on the market give you any better reliability or brushing movement.
You have a delighted Customer.
Many Thanks.
